We had a walk-in participant at our All In! Membership class on Saturday morning. She actually came to church for another class, but asked the leader there if she could come to the membership class instead. He graciously replied and walked her across the building. When she reached class, she was warmly welcomed by the membership hospitality team and a volunteer discussion facilitator who had an extra seat at his table. When class ended, she shared her incredible journey of faith story with us, and her unique journey that started when she had arrived at Willow earlier.
As a result of participating in the All In! Membership class, she decided it was not only time to commit to Christ in community, she decided it was time to follow Him by getting baptized at the Saturday night service!
God’s Spirit is leading lives toward full devotion here at Willow Creek. Thank you to everyone who has touched this one life for God’s Kingdom; it represents the story of so many others who now call this local church family “home.”
