As ministries plan events throughout the year, it’s important to know what else is going on in the life of the church so events are planned strategically. To help with this planning process, an event calendar has been created for the South Barrington campus. It is available here on the StaffRoom under the Quick Links menu, or you can click here.
The calendar separates events into three different categories:
- Services—provides details about and surrounding midweek and weekend services
- Staff Events—specific dates of staff meetings, staff holidays, Leadership Team strategic planning events, performance review due dates, etc.
- Ministry Events—provides details around larger events hosted by single or multiple ministries
Keep in mind that this calendar is a dynamic and evolving document. Posted event dates and details may change and new events will continue to be added. The Leadership Team reviews the calendar on a regular basis. If you have something you feel should be added, please notify your Leadership Team representative.
