To make an IT request for a new volunteer, fill out a work order at itservicedesk.willowcreek.org.
You log in to Service Desk with your network I.D. and password.
Select “New Work Order” then choose “New Staff/Volunteer” queue in the drop-down menu to create your work order.
In the “Impact” field of the work order, select “Volunteer” from the drop-down menu.
Make sure to click on “Save” at the bottom of the screen.
