One of the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s most significant partners is Willow Creek’s Care Center. As a result, when Fox News Chicago reached out to GCFD to do a story, they suggested the producer contact us…and they did. Two weeks ago, a crew from Fox News arrived at the Care Center to get an up-close-and-personal look at the help Willow is able to offer to people in the suburbs.
Thanks to the entire Care Center team, staff and volunteers (particularly Nicole Burt and Tyler Grissom, who was the on-camera representative) for their contribution to a story that will increase awareness and may help people reach out to get help when they need it most.
