As of September 26, 2011, Tyler Grissom will transition from AXIS to the Compassion & Justice team serving as the Associate Director of the Care Center. Tyler will sit on the Care Center leadership team and have primary responsibility for the services that focus on food and clothing. This is a critical leadership role as the Care Center team prepares for the move to campus.
Josie Guth, Director of the Care Center stated, “I am thrilled to welcome Tyler to the team. Tyler brings a love for God and His people and has incredible passion for our cause. He is called by God and we feel incredibly blessed.”
AXIS Director Jake Smith said, “We are going to miss Tyler on our team and simultaneously believe his new role is right for him. His unique gifts of pastoring & shepherding have been so necessary in AXIS the past five years and will now continue on in Compassion & Justice. I’m grateful for our time together and cheer him on as he faces new challenges.”
