Hey guys. Sorry about the problems. There is indeed an issue with the link in safari. I recommend download the book directly to your iPad as suggested above. Remember, you will be asked to login in and you should use your network login.
You can also try to right click on the file and use the ‘save as’ link.
I research is there are other alternatives too
