One of the most critical and important things Erin,Curt, and myself do each season is interview, select, and hire our summer staff team. Always a challenge, and always rewarding. We’ve been blessed with many great staff over the 37 year history of Camp. This year we are a little short on candidates, and that’s why I’m writing.
Short and to the point
We hire about 21-24 staff each season between the ages of 16-22. About half guys and half gals. We are looking for about 8-10 guy candidates, and 3-4 gal candidates. Full-time dates are June 7-Aug 2 or 9. Paid positions, plus room/board. Looking for willing workers, teachable, a heart to serve or at least leaning that way. A unique opportunity! We need to complete our staff by the end of April.
