Dad’s Camps 2015 staff registration will be held during general registration, from Feb. 18 at 10 a.m.
until Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. Mark your calendars now! All full-time and part-time Willow Creek staff are eligible to receive priority camp spots and a 50% staff discount. You must register during this time-frame to secure your camp spot(s) and receive the staff discounted rate of $200 per dad/child pair. Please note that staff registration is the same two-step process as general registration:
Step 1: Request your camp spot(s):
- Go to http://www.willowcreek.org/dadscamp between Feb. 18-25 and follow the instructions to put in your Request for camp. You will only be making a request for a camp spot; no payment will be taken at this time. The Dads Camp schedule is also on that page.
- On the request form, where it says, “I request to share a cabin with…” type: ST200 and then add any dads names who you wish to share a cabin with. This is necessary for the system to recognize you as Willow Creek Staff. Continue to finish filling out the form.
- You will receive an automatic email confirming that your request has been received. Please disregard points 1 and 2 on the email, which is for general requesters. (If you marked ST200 on the cabin-request line, you will automatically be filtered out as staff and will receive your camp spot.)
Step 2: Notification:
- You will receive a 2nd email on March 4 or 5, confirming your camp dates. The email will include a payment Link, a discount code, and instructions for you to receive the staff discount. Please be prepared to pay the full $200 per camp session within the time period noted in the email. Please note that we are unable to accommodate payment plans or late requests.
